To strengthen our Genomics software team in Leuven, Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to develop the next generation of cloud-based medical genetics software, helping to improve the quality of lifeandfight cancer.

You will:

  • Develop cloud-deployed web applications for human genetic analysis and interpretation
  • Interact with the product design team to give input and feedback on designs and specifications
  • Contribute to a cloud-based CI/CD build and testing framework
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Work with our support team to track down the root cause of customer issues
