Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usWe are looking for a senior profile to lead the strategic development and execution of our Marketing campaigns and employee engagement programs.As a (Senior) Marketing and Communications Manager you will actively drive our Marketing and Communication efforts, towards internal and external audiences, across existing and future communication channels including new and emerging technologies. You will simultaneously manage, coordinate, and execute a number of complex marketing and communications projects within tight timelines and budget parameters.Roles and responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication and employee engagement strategies and ensure consistency and alignment of communication campaigns across all the firm;
- Manage the end to end marketing and communication activities supporting our client-focused programmes;
- Manage third-party vendors, including agencies, designers, printers and freelancers, and associated budgets to ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services;
- Project Management - planning and managing the implementation of corporate campaigns;
- Stakeholder Management - building relationships providing support to leaders in effective communication delivery;
- Performance management - measuring and presenting the impact of the various communication campaigns;
- People management - experience developing teams and coaching individuals.
- Ability to identify and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of channels.
- A combination of corporate and agency experience, an understanding of professional services would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of program/project management in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work on a daily basis
- A “team player” who can lead by example, with high accountability for his/her actions.
- Proven problem solving ability that can identify source of challenge, impact of issue as it relates to other functions, impact on stakeholders, and recommended solution.
- Superior collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Master degree with minimum 10 years experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
