We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager in Belgium that will join the EMEA Product Management team in developing the vision, strategy and roadmap for our Flagship Learning Platform.This position can be based remotely within Belgium or hybrid if located close to Bruges.What will you be doing?

• Driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for your strategic domain
• Meeting with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders like Customer Success and Sales teams to drive innovation in your domain
• Assessing the competitive and market landscape to inform decision making
• Determining, developing, measuring and analyzing metrics to drive insights and inform roadmap
• Working collaboratively with engineering, design, product, product marketing and other functions to define work and go to market activities
• Driving the improvement and execution of themes, features, processes and initiatives to improve user engagement and experience
• Providing leadership to cross-functional teams and direction to the enterprise in long-range strategy planning to address complex business issues
• Coaching and developing your team members to grow in skill and capability in the organization
• Evangelising the product both internally and externally, shepherding products through the development process, advocating to achieve the best outcomes
• Providing day-to-day leadership to a distributed team
• Contributing to scaling a great Product team that values collaboration, meaningful work, diversity, equity, curiosity and impact

We’d be delighted to hire someone who has:

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated experience with either:
• a) Building products that visualise data, using customer data to drive additional insights for customers, AI/ML to enhance customer experiences and intelligence
• b)Platform capabilities, API strategy, developer ecosystems and integrations
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and industries
• Curiosity and an ability to think strategically and creatively, with a demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers and users will love
• The capacity for self-motivation, self-discipline, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
