TUI is transforming its customer experience and is focusing on the delivery of high-quality personalised service and to support this we are embarking on an exciting journey with Amazon Connect to deliver an omni channel customer service solution to all its global customer service operations.

Now is the perfect time to join the team as we embark on driving forward new customer centric technologies, and we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion and experience in Digital Contact Channels using natural language conversations and intelligent automation.

About The Job

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be running an Amazon Connect Product team, your key areas of responsibility and accountability will be:

  • Proactively contribute to a compelling product vision and strategy using Amazon Connect and the features that will digitalise TUI customers service centres globally.
  • Provide regular high-quality updates to Global teams, ensuring that deliveries across the product team are showcased and future feature prioritisation is well understood.
  • Understand the core Amazon Connect Product and what capabilities can be built or configured that will add value to our customer and agent digital experience.
  • Translate high-level product roadmap into achievable product backlog items that deliver value
  • Define, develop and priorities the product backlog for your delivery team and facilitate and participate in Agile events
About You

  • Experience delivering digital journeys and solutions using AI technology that will transform customer and colleague experience.
  • Experienced Product owner. Knowledge of how the digital Omni channel works
  • Good commercial and decision-making skills, able to input into Ideation and Roadmaps.
  • Experience in proactively identifying opportunities and problem solving
  • An understanding of brilliant user experience, and an ability to deliver this whilst removing complexity
  • Experience in Agile ways of working
