B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Senior Project Quality Engineerin our Aeronauticsteam.

As a Senior Project Quality Engineerat B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage quality activities across multiple military aircraft development projects, ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace and defense standards.
  • Define, implement, and monitor quality strategies, processes, and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary interface between internal teams, suppliers, and customers on all quality-related matters.
  • Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee delivery excellence.
  • Support project teams in applying best practices in quality assurance, configuration management, and documentation control.
  • Contribute to audits, certifications, and customer reviews, ensuring projects consistently meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in quality management within the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of aerospace quality standards (EN9100, ISO, AQAP, etc.) and defense-related requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving problems and driving performance.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to work on-site regularly and occasionally travel to suppliers or customer locations.
