Our client active in the food production and based in the East-Flanders region, is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter ad interim for a 6-month assignment.
The Senior Recruiter ad interim’s key responsibilities will include:
A-Z candidate process: sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, salary negotiations, …
Establish & maintain relations with external agencies
Optimization of current recruitment policies & procedures
Optimization of onboarding process
The key qualifications required for this Senior Recruiter interim management job:
The ideal candidate has a relevant experience within soft HR, especially within talent acquisition and talent management. Preferably you have a background in a large range of industries, prior experience within a food, pharma or engineering related business is a plus! You ideally bring experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors. You are hands-on, determined, have good stakeholder management skills and are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
