Responsibility/Finality:

Responsible for the proper execution of (preventive and corrective) maintenance, inspections and controls on Crealis Belgium installations. Determine the feasibility of the execution of the service assignments and ensure the programming/monitoring. Customer contact person. (service assignments). Contact point for technicians in case of complex technical problems. Support the construction and commissioning of engineering projects

Main tasks :

Preparation of technicians’ schedules

- Consult with suppliers for the procurement of equipment, services and labour.

- Liaise with other company functions.

- Carry out and supervise work within the framework of QHSE rules and

procedures.

- Regularly monitor the performance of activities and results and report to the European Commission.

- Build engineering projects in consultation with the project engineer:

o Commissioning of installations and maintenance activities at client sites and providing support to the Junior Engineer.

o Participate in the organisation of construction sites and equipment.

o Participate in the preparation of the technical project documentation. o Assist customers to get used to/train in the use of the installation.

- Execution, follow-up and organisation of service orders:

o Analyse and formalise the customer’s request and, if necessary, carry out a

visit.

o Prepare the commercial offer in collaboration with the project engineer o

Carry out service assignments with external customers.

o Pre- and post-hire inspection of own equipment and installations

installations to third parties.

o Assistance in the realisation of installations within the framework of engineering activities

o Management of refrigerant accounts

o Preparation of TRAs (task risk assessments) in cooperation with the

o Organise general site maintenance (storage tanks, production lines and others).

o Perform calibration and control activities on measuring and testing equipment according to the needs assigned to the technical department.

Implementation/organisation of the preventive maintenance plan.

Pressure-resistant installations (fixed tanks, flexible and fixed piping, etc.) and other installations (liquid tanks, high-voltage installations, low-voltage installations, EX areas, etc.). ).

- Draft the conditions/requirements/specifications for the study and execution of the work in collaboration with the plant manager and the project engineer. (Investment Crealis BE)

Profile required:

A level 2 higher education degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance, and 5-8 years of maintenance experience is preferred.

FGas / FGas SF6 refrigerant certification.

Forklift driving licence. Electrical clearance. EXAT accreditation.

Working at height.

Frequent travel within the country and abroad.

Internal cooperation with HSE, Logistics, Sales, Technical departments and external cooperation with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and approved bodies.
