As a Store Manager, you will become part of the great Subdued family and through your energy and professionalism you will become the brand ambassador and the face of the Antwerp store.
The Store Manager is the cornerstone of the store, the point of reference for the company and the staff. You will manage the team and organization of the store in all its aspects.
We are looking for a profile with organizational skills, leadership skills, autonomy and resolute problem-solving skills, to be able to coordinate the team and guide the point of sale towards business goals.
Your duties as Store Manager will be :
- Coordinate and supervise team work
- Mentoring and staff training following the Subdued guidelines
- Organise staff’s daily schedules and activities
- Inspect and replenish the assortment of goods
- Handle priorities and ensure compliance with all administrative and safety practices
- Managing cash flow operations and reporting required to verify the performance of the store
- Ensure store layout in line with company policies
