Your role as a Strategic Purpose Advisor:

Key contributor to the Purpose FY23 programme (project activities)

• Support and provide content input to the further development of our transformation towards a Purpose-led organization by 2023
• Liaise with international colleagues in Deloitte’s global purpose network and provide feedback / input that is relevant for the Belgian geography

Build and manage the Deloitte Foundation 2.0

• Help further developing the Deloitte Foundation as the key instrument to realise corporate social responsibility projects. Increase focus on the key pillars (education, entrepreneurship and sustainability) by developing, communicating and applying clear guidelines / criteria.
• Represent Deloitte towards the strategic partner organisations of the Deloitte Foundation
• Manage daily operations including reviewing new partnership/sponsoring requests.
• Budget management and reporting on our corporate responsibility programmes.

Communication Management

• In close collaboration with the Marketing and Communication team, develop a communication strategy and plan that is in line with the Purpose vision. Identify the target groups, messages and appropriate channels.
• Ensure the delivery of high quality content to feed into the communication actions.
• Follow-up the execution of the agreed communication strategy and plan
• Analyze feedback from the target groups and develop proposals for required actions / adjustments (incl. lessons learned).
• Actively contribute yourself in social media and on the appropriate Deloitte platforms on purpose related activities. Be a true internal and external ambassador.

People and relations

• Report to the Chief Purpose Officer, who is a member of Deloitte Belgium’s Executive Committee
• Contribute to a positive working atmosphere within the broader purpose team (including Purpose, Marketing, Finance, Talent and business representatives)
• Be a true DSI ambassador, contributing to DSI initiatives, invest in relationships beyond the boundaries of the own team
  

Let’s talk about you

• You have a bachelor or master degree
• You have 3- 6 years of relevant experience
• You communicate fluently in English and Dutch/French, both verbally and in writing
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are pro-active, result driven and goal oriented
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and have great presentations skills
• You are a natural networker and have experience with high level stakeholder management
