ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Strategy - acceleration associate, you will be a key player in our organization by providing start-ups, and to a greater extent the engineering ecosystem, with an end-to-end strategic and operational support.

Your main missions

/ Deal flow sourcing

▪️ Actively explore the ecosystem in search of high potential entrepreneurs, companies, or technologies,

from laboratory to production

▪️ Actively contact, meet, and challenge entrepreneurs and their innovative projects

/ Provide support to founders

▪️ Structure, offer, sell, and implement acceleration programs

▪️ Work closely with entrepreneurs through acceleration programs

▪️ Contribute actively to their development by providing strategic, tactical and operational support,

(market research, business model, product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, etc.)

/ Take part in the development of new activities

▪️ Design and launch thematic calls for projects seeking to identify promising start-ups

▪️ Develop a network of strategic partners and investors who can support the development of our

start-up portfolio

What we are looking for

▪️ You have 3 to 5 years’ in consulting and/or entrepreneurial ecosystems

▪️ You have a university degree in economics and/or engineering

▪️ You have a keen understanding of the challenges faced by early stage start-ups.

▪️ You are a “doer”, down-to-earth, with creative and strong analytical mind

▪️ You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)

▪️ You are sensitive to the values we promote: entrepreneurship, team spirit and excellence

▪️ You are autonomous and flexible
