About Our Client

Our client is a major player in their sector, they are currently recruiting aSupply Chain Coordinator to reinforce their team in Brussels

Job Description

As Supply Coordinator you have the following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the work inside the warehouse and manage a team of about 20 people. They ensure the receipt of the goods (including quality control), order preparation, dispatch, complaints handling, returns and stock counting.
  • You investigate the causes of the complaints reported to you and implement solutions for continuous improvement of the processes.
  • You coordinate the work of the team and ensure that stock movements are entered correctly.
  • You ensure that you always have the necessary human and material resources to perform your work optimally.
  • You guide your staff and are involved in their ongoing training and in the evaluation process.
  • You organize operational meetings.
  • You take care of the well-being of the employees.
  • You ensure that safety instructions and work procedures are followed.
  • You monitor continuous improvement and ensure that the KPIs set for your department are achieved.
  • You regularly report results and important information to your managers.

The Successful Applicant

As Supply Coordinator you have the following profil:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of team management experience.
  • You preferably have a first work experience in logistics.
  • You speak perfectly Dutch and French
  • You have good computer skills (Office, MS Dynamic, SAP or another ERP).
  • You have good organizational skills, you work accurately and you put safety first.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You are a leader and are able to develop a good team spirit and ensure a positive working atmosphere.
