About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between production planning, supply chain, and commerce. You will work closely with colleagues both locally and in the Netherlands to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

You will act as a liaison between production planning, supply chain and commercial teams. Your tasks include performing physical inventory checks, managing purchase orders and external storage, executing inventory counts and corrective actions, and handling transportation and storage, including waste management. You will maintain quality data in SAP, participate in demand and supply planning, manage production planning in SAP, monitor performance, identify risks, and support real-time decision-making. Additionally, you will be the main contact for product availability, monitor sales orders, dispatch transport, optimize supply chain processes, and maintain transportation and freight data in SAP. You will also support diverse projects and plant activities.

You are a team player with a strong willingness to learn and gain new skills. You work highly accurately and autonomously with a keen eye for detail. You are a good communicator, able to connect with internal and external customers, with strong numerical insights and stress resistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Accounting, Economics, or similar experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Language skills in French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
