Talent Acquisition Freelancer:

We are looking for a freelancer Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in Brussels. Our client values ambition, care, sharing, and responsibility. To further strengthen the team in

Belgium, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, as well as expanding their client portfolio. You will work on a diverse range of projects in the financial services industry, allowing you to expand your expertise and develop your skills and knowledge in various areas.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of sourcing and recruitment processes in Belgium and

France;

• Headhunting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment;
• Building strong relationships with clients;
• Supporting and guiding clients and consultants throughout the recruitment process;
• Leveraging existing resources and sharing information to effectively attract top candidates;
• Defining and executing effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience or Master degree with at least 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm;
• Strong experience in active sourcing, interviewing, networking, and negotiation;
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve goals;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch- English or French-English. Do you speak all

3 languages? You just got yourself a bonus!

• Familiarity with Employer Branding (LinkedIn).
