Your mission :

We, the HR team of Sodexo BRS Belgium, are looking for our new colleague!

You will integrate a team of 5 people, reporting directly to the HR Director, and will be responsible for all our recruitments from A to Z, from entry-level to mid-senior roles in all our departments (Sales, Customer Experience, ICT, Marketing and Communication, Finance, etc).

As the whole organisation is going through exciting changes, we offer a challenge for 1 year, to start with. But it could be that other opportunities will arise during the course of the mission.

Your main duties :

You manage the full recruitment process, from the qualification of the request, through the employer branding, the active sourcing, the selection and the contract signature, to the onboarding.

  • You develop our employer brand and ensure we are visible on key events and places.
  • In collaboration with the hiring managers and the HRBP, you analyse the recruitment needs and map the needed competencies.
  • You write the job description and select the right sourcing channels, with a focus on internal mobility. You proactively source the candidates.
  • You lead the selection process in collaboration with the hiring manager using the CBI model.
  • As a true Talent Acquisition partner, you ensure a seamless applicant experience, providing regular feedbacks to all parties.
  • You prepare the salary offers according to the benchmarks and negotiate with the selected applicants, before handing over to the HRBPs for the contract and onboarding.
  • You provide regular reporting and insights, you propose continuous improvement of the processes.
  • You demonstrate 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, you know where to find the right candidates for the right roles
  • A degree in Human Resources is a plus
  • You have a good level of written and spoken French, Dutch and English
  • You are proactive, resourceful and bring each process to a close in a timely manner
  • You bring structure to the process, to make your own life easier and the selection journey consistant
  • You price highly the customer experience of your stakeholders, in the first place, the applicants and the hiring managers
  • You are at ease with technology, especially the MS Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
