Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader - People Planner at The Frontline Company. The Team Leader will be responsible for planning and coordinating staffing for various events, ensuring the right individuals are selected to create the desired atmosphere. This role involves overseeing the team, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. While based in Antwerp, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Event planning, staffing coordination, and hospitality industry experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
