As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both corrective and preventive maintenance of our machines and installations. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills ensure smooth production operations and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your key tasks include:

  • Diagnosing technical malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
  • Performing repairs on machines and facilities
  • Adjusting and improving tools and production equipment
  • Executing preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules
  • Supervising and coordinating contractors and suppliers
  • Participating in technical improvement projects and automation efforts

Additionally:

  • Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts, maintenance materials, and lubricants
  • Creating work procedures and instructions
  • Assisting in the assembly and connection of new installations
  • Supporting assembly work as needed

You are a hands-on technician with broad technical knowledge. You work independently, structured, and with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You have:

  • A technical degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electronics
  • Experience with welding, turning, and milling is a plus
  • Knowledge of safety regulations (BA4/BA5) and certified forklift and lifting equipment operation
  • Practical command of at least two foreign languages besides your mother tongue
  • Willingness to be on call outside regular working hours
  • No issues working at heights or handling chemical agents
