ROLE

  • Veiller à ce que les entretiens préventifs et correctifs soient effectués à temps pour éviter toute déviation et/ou panne, conformément à la planification de la production, aux spécifications environnementales et aux normes GxP appropriées ;
  • Minimiser les durées d’arrêt ayant un impact négatif sur nos services opérationnels ;
  • Proposer des solutions et des adaptations de nos installations pour réduire les coûts d’exploitation ;
  • Assurer l’étalonnage et l’ajustage des sondes de température, de pression ou d’humidité ;
  • Assurer la cartographie récurrente de toutes les chambres froides, chambres de congélation, chambres ambiantes et congélateurs ;
  • Être le back-up pour :
  • La réalisation des qualifications opérationnelles / qualifications de performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Connaissances générales en matière de bâtiments techniques;
  • Électricité, électronique, PLC, métrologie;
  • Suite Office et logiciels techniques;
  • Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Compétences organisationnelles et bonne planification;
  • Bonne capacité à réagir et à s’adapter au changement;
  • Bonne capacité à faire face aux imprévus.
