  • Introduction
We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our development team specializing in e-transmission. In this role, you will be positioned within the Test Center & Validation department, where you’ll contribute to the design and testing of automatic transmissions, hybrid systems, and full electric powertrains. Your primary responsibility will be the requirement validation of a specific part or module within the transmission.

Responsibilities
  • Transform specific test requests into procedures and test equipment.
  • Execute a segment of the extended product design validation test plan, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon milestones.
  • Translate mid-to-long-term planning into weekly schedules, addressing and resolving or escalating obstacles that could impede progress to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct (data) analysis, as well as generate reports for development tests.
  • Contribute to meeting quality requirements outlined in ISO 17025.
  • Collaborate with various disciplines to overcome challenges and roadblocks.

What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo method engineering Team?
  • Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities
  • Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an asset
  • Experience in technically leading a team
  • You like to solve problems and tackle them with a customer focus, flexible and goal oriented mindset
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills with familiarity with 8D methods
  • Knowledge of the following tools is an asset: VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, CATMAN? AVL-CRETA, INCA, Matlab/Simulink
