The Trade Marketing Executive Fragrances is responsible for the overall retail activation of our brands Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London, Kilian Paris and Aramis & Designer Fragrances.
The Trade Marketing Executive Fragrances works in close collaboration with all retail partners and the internal e-retail department to ensure the perfect execution of our omnichannel marketing strategies and deliver the best experience to our consumers.

The Trade Marketing Executive Fragrances reports to the Consumer Marketing Manager Benelux.

As Trade Marketing Executive you will:

  • Translate the consumer & marketing calendar into a detailed omnichannel animation and promotional plan by Retailer, including flagship doors (counters and high-end perfumeries)
  • Build & execute a comprehensive CRM plan as support of all retail activities
  • Plan, monitor and manage Trade Marketing budget (e.g. GWPs, Collateral, COOP)
  • Collaborate with (e-)Key Account Managers in preparing (e-)retailers meetings and business reviews
  • Measure the performance of Trade Marketing actions and strive for spend optimization
  • Collect feedback from Sales & Retail Executives & on the quality of the Trade Marketing
  • Understand competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition

Qualifications
  • Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English and French
  • Proven marketing experience in an omnichannel consumer driven environment; preferably in the cosmetics & beauty products or the luxury industry.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to build strong relationship with key stakeholders across all levels
  • Result and budget oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker
  • Optimistic and can-do attitude
