Join a leading intellectual property law firm that has been championing IP protection against infringement in Belgium and abroad for decades. We are currently seeking for a candidate who is interested in gaining or continuing their patent attorney qualification.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working with patents in an IP setting or have some understanding of intellectual property and its application but have not yet started on the path of a formal qualification within a specialist practice. We would also consider a part-qualified patent attorney looking to continue their qualification in a new environment.

This is a full-time position, and a traineeship leading to becoming a qualified patent attorney (national qualifications first) and EQE finals is on offer. We are looking for someone with a technical background in electro-engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics who speaks Dutch fluently and effectively.

As part of their small and thriving IP practice, you must have a collaborative, motivated attitude with a hands-on approach.
