As (senior) Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ business transformation journeys. Unlike traditional project or program managers, this role emphasizes strategic thinking, business acumen, and change management rather than a purely technological focus. Your primary mission will be to guide organizations through comprehensive transformations, leveragingdata and AI to enhance business strategy and performance.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Master’s degree: Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems,…
• Experience:in management consulting or within a highly dynamic business setting.
• Skills: Strongly analytical and proficiency in project management/agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Attitude: A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with data & AI market trends and technologies, and an understanding of IT processes and their impact on business activities.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership:Guide senior management and C-level executives to become ambassadors of data and AI transformation, fostering a data-driven culture within their organizations.
• Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute detailed transformation plans that align strategic business objectives with data and AI initiatives, ensuring clear pathways to success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment to transformation goals and requirements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data analysts, and AI specialists, to deliver high-quality, impactful data-driven solutions.
• Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by defining and implementing best practices in data strategy and transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
• Inspiration and Guidance: Inspire and advise clients on data and AI initiatives, providing clear guidance and actionable insights to drive business value.
• Data Maturity Assessment: Assess clients’ data maturity levels and provide tailored advice on advancing their data-driven capabilities.
• Workshops and Training: Lead workshops and training sessions to create awareness of the value of data and AI, generating buy-in and support from stakeholders.
