Job Description

The global center of Software Development for Envista, Medicim, located in Mechelen, is world leader in innovative software solutions for the dental profession. We investigate, develop, maintain and support innovative software solutions for clinicians and dental technicians. Our software solutions create intuitive workflows for image acquisition, diagnostics, treatment planning, prosthetic CAD/CAM and dental team collabora­tion in order to treat patients better. DTX Studio is our flagship software suite. We want to shape the innovation and the industry.

In order to keep up with our sustainable growth we’re looking for an UX Analyst to expand our team.

As a UX Analyst

• You will act as a liaison between product management and software development.
• You make an analysis of the user needs and turn it into a novel workflow in the assigned software product.
• You turn ideas into visual appealing concepts with a constant focus on bringing a great user experience to our customers.
• You present and discuss the concepts and designs to the project stakeholders and assigned team coach.
• You follow-up with development in an agile working environment.
  

Job Requirements

• You have a master degree in engineering, sciences, dentistry, psychology or any other relevant field.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and an understanding of technological capabilities.
• You are a creative mind with an interest in user experience and user interface design.
• You are fluent in English.
• An understanding of the dental and clinical field is an asset.
• You are a team player with a feeling for innovation!
• You are dynamic, responsible, eager to learn, communicative and problem solving are your key characteristics.
