You will handle the support of difficult incidents and migrate stores. This profile will also handle the technical documentation of the process and give input where neccesarry!

Your role
  • Incident troubleshooting
  • Incident creation in ticketing tool; HPSM / S-NOW
  • Creation of Virtual Machines
  • Creation of DNS records for Virtual machines
  • Install virtual workstations
  • Install virtual servers
  • Migrate Store Office databases to SOL Server 2014
  • Configure Vlan settings on virtual machines
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal IT
  • Perform tests of all store systems with POS supplier
  • after migration
  • Send out migration status to intended group
  • Create technical documentation
