Mission
As a Website Product Owner at Stanley/Stella, you will be a key member of the Digital Marketing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our online presence. Your mission is to ensure our European websites deliver an outstanding user experience with high-quality, up-to-date content that aligns with our brand, business objectives and local nuances.
As a Website Product Owner, you will oversee the continuous improvements of our websites, optimizing usability, engagement, and conversion. Working closely with developers, designers, and communication specialists, you will enhance site performance, implement new features, and align digital strategies with business goals.
We seek an innovative and results-driven professional who continuously looks for ways to enhance our digital presence. You take ideas from concept to execution and approach projects with passion and ownership.
Main responsibilities
Website optimization & performance
- Lead the development of new website features and enhancements from concept to testing and execution.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with other Product Owners.
- Continuously monitor and improve website performance, SEO, and user engagement; and propose proactive recommendations for optimizations.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high website standards.
- Use performance analytics to measure and report on website performance, user behavior, and KPIs.
- Manage day-to-day activities, including acquisition strategies, customer journey optimization, A/B testing, and navigation updates.
- Oversee content updates (banners, blog articles, product pages) across all websites (7 languages), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with the communication plan and European local nuances.
- Collaborate with the communication team to maintain 360° brand alignment across channels.
- Analyse regional needs to develop localized content that reinforces brand awareness and supports local objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding and style.
- Ensure high quality content, including text and images, updating information in line with new collection launches.
- Enhance product visibility and merchandising across markets, aligning with collection launches.
- Animate the website with new collection rollouts.
- Implement a clear and effective website strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the website meets the needs of our target audience.
- Stay updated on industry best practices to improve user experience and engagement.
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy through the website.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and call-to-action elements to maximize lead capture and engagement.
- Implement automated workflows to nurture and convert leads over time.
- Analyse performance and propose corrective actions.
Your profile
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Comfortable collaborating with copywriters, designers and developers to enhance the website.
- Experience with SEO and website analytics tools.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like Storyblok and Magento is a plus.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing and communication KPIs (e.g., conversion optimization).
- Proven track record as a Website Product Owner or in web product management/digital marketing, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong functional understanding to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (and French); additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive communicator who combines results-driven focus with flexibility.
- Creative and strategic, bringing fresh ideas to life and executing them effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and brand alignment.
- A team player with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
