Who we are

Based in Belgium and active since 1996, Globall Concept is a major player in the field of festive illuminations and decorations: We design, sell and install our creations all over the World.

We employ around 50 people, located in Europe (Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany), Asia (Hong Kong, Shangai), and Mexico. Each one of us contributes with their skills and talent to the magic of the Holiday Season.

What the job entails

Working with the CEO, this true cross-function position will make you a key person in our organisation.

Analysing our commercial pipeline and market reviews, you will be responsible for identifying, centralising and sharing best practices with our Account Managers, Field Managers and other stakeholders.

You will also have room to go ahead of the curve and analyse the seasonal decoration market as a whole to identify potential business opportunities to present to the CEO.

You will orchestrate our digital communication and implement the marketing strategy you defined with the CEO. Therefore, you will write texts for our social media accounts and find ways to acquire marketing information such as clients listings.

You will check the integrity of the products data recorded in the ERP on a regular basis and suggest improvements.

You will join efforts with HR in the recruiting process of Key Account Managers in new countries.

Your profile

· Master’s Degree in Business Engineering or Economy

· Around 5 years of relevant experience

· Business savvy

· Strong interest in digital marketing and ready to write posts for social media

· Hands-on and proactive

· Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus)

· Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint

· At ease with ERPs, you easily adapt to a new system (knowledge of Mercator ERP is a plus)

· Ready to travel occasionally if required
