Our client, a leading Software, Information, and Communication Technologies company, with offices around the globe, is looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analystto join their innovative team in Brussels, Belgium.They are a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations, and multinational companies, research, and academic institutes.

Max Daily Rate: 355 EUR
Requirements
Requirements:
University degree in IT or relevant field combined with 5 years of professional experience in IT
Proven expertise in data, reporting and analytics domain, end user assistance or support in the Business Intelligence domain, Business Objects reporting environment
Fluent in English
Experience with Qliksense and SQL language
Using, customizing and configuring JIRA ticketing system and Confluence, project management methodology and tools
Excellent training, documentation and communication / writing skills
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings (French and English)
Ability to work in a team, integrate and work in an international/multi-cultural environment, on large projects
Ability to work with a high degree of rigor and method and, more specifically, to follow naming conventions and coding standards
Experience in reporting methods and skills and ability to give management presentations
An experience in the Research and Innovation policy domain is considered an asset
Responsibilities:
Provision of data services and support to policy or project officers in relation with the FP related data, including the results and impact indicators of FP research and innovation projects and Programs
Second level service desk; improvement, documentation of the associated business processes
Management and follow-up of the end user requests for data and statistics, development of ad hoc reports, statistics and analyses
Follow up of incidents reported and of changes requested
Coordination with the service desk coordinator, the data team and the IT teams
Provision of business support / guidance to end users
Support to the horizontal activities of evaluation, analysis and monitoring of R&I framework programs
Analysis of data quality issues, cleansing of data
Participation in user meetings, functional working groups and progress meetings, participate in meetings with the project team
Proposal of enhancements to dashboards and reports based on the input from the user service
