DRAFTI IRC224162 – JUNIOR CONTRACTING OFFICER (New Graduates)

At Eni, we are looking for a Junior Contracting Officer (New Graduates) within Eni S.p.A. in Brussels, Belgium. You will be responsible for drafting gas sales contracts for European markets (Benelux and French market) and amending them to implement specific customer’s requests.

As a member of the portfolio management & trading department at Eni S.p.A. you will be responsible for:

  • Participating as contracting officer and expert to internal ICT projects to develop and update sales contract schemes and models within the internal offering systems.
  • Constant interfacing with all company internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting commercial functions towards their relationship with the clients;
  • Supporting the development of new product schemes and new business development in European markets.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • University qualified.
  • Studies in law would be beneficial.
  • You have excellent understanding of and experience in drafting contracts, experience in the European energy world is a plus.
  • You have an analytical, critical mind-set and you work in a methodical, thorough and accurate way;
  • You have proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team;
  • Your communication, negotiation and convincing skills are very good;
  • Dutch is your mother tongue, your knowledge of English is outstanding, French is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Dutch is required;
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
