About Our Client

Our client is an International Pharmaceuticals industry. The company is growing and there are looking for a Junior HR assistant to join their office based in Zaventem (approximately 40 people).

Job Description

As a junior HR assistant , you will have the following tasks:

  • Assisting HR in the recruitment process, assisting with interviews and drawing up employment contracts.
  • Respond to internal and external requests and queries related to the HR department.
  • Compile and maintain digital and electronic paper records of employees (e.g. paid leave and sick leave).
  • Support HR related training programs and seminars.
  • Maintain the company database.
  • Write and submit reports on HR activities.
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

As a Junior HR assistant, you have the following profile:

  • Bachelor degree in human ressources or similar.
  • A good knowledge of administrative and human resources tasks in an organisation.
  • A good human contact.
  • Mother tongue level of French and good in Dutch. English is a plus.
