Tasks

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Campaign Analyst. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of our marketing plans to reach our targets. Within the Central Marketing team, with the support of the Digital Marketing & Content Manager, you will be in charge of generating and identifying marketing qualified leads for the sales team.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Create and launch short-term and long-term sales automation campaigns with relevant messages for our persona.
  • Organize and launch mailings campaigns in close collaboration with the Digital Marketer.
  • Monitor market news about CFO community, competitors, partners … and share information with the sales & marketing team.
  • Analyse all marketing & sales campaigns to identify leads for SDRs.
  • Monitor database quality.
  • Coordinate a team of 3 students.
  • Closely work with SDRs to optimize campaigns in order to generate qualitative leads.
Requirements
  • Education: Master or Bachelor in Marketing, Management or Business Administration.
  • Experience: First experience in a B2B startup is a plus.
  • Language: You are fluent in French and have a great level in English. Dutch is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • You are an analytical, organised and structured person.
  • You like using modern prospecting SaaS tools. HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
  • You like to coordinate projects and are results oriented.
  • You have a very good spelling.
  • You know how to research, structure and synthesize key information.
  • Previous experience with sales automation tools is a plus.
