A branch of a European leader in mass distribution, is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to manage the brand promotion strategy around Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will have to :

  • Take part to the Business Planning Cycle from a marketing & customer marketing perspective.
  • Elaborate forecast/budget, annual marketing & customer marketing plan for the year..
  • Develop and oversee both editorial calendar and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.
  • Acquire market share and define the brand’s positioning.
  • Adapt brand marketing communication across channels to ensure local requirements.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers.
  • Create Q&As, write articles and press releases.
  • Manage the social media accounts by create attractive content and define a strategy to be implant.

We’re looking for someone who :

  • Have a degree in Marketing.
  • Have a first experience in marketing and/or communication of at least 3 years.
  • ​Is organized, stress-resistant and able to work closely with different internal departments & external agencies.
  • Have a good knowledge of social media and number’s don’t scare you. If you are familiar with graphic tools it’s a real plus.
  • Speak Dutch fluently, English & French is a plus.
