We develop modern telematics solutions that empower businesses operating industrial machinery across a range of sectors to track their vehicles, boost efficiency, operate more safely, and avoid unexpected downtime. Our mission is to unleash the potential of the world’s industrial fleets.

To support the rapid growth of GemOne, we’re looking for a Junior Media Content Producer to write engaging copy and produce dynamic video.

The Junior Media Content Producer will join a small but ambitious marketing team which thrives on open communication, continuous learning and improvement, and creativity and flexibility.

What will you do?

Copywriting
  • You’ll create a large variety of different written content (e.g. website copy, brochures, presentations, social media, white papers, case studies, blog posts, office guidelines, newsletters, etc.)
  • You’ll work closely with members of the marketing team to create, proofread, and edit content before publication and align copy and imagery for social media.

Video production
  • You’ll create a variety of video content for social media posts and campaigns, hardware installation guides, and product feature videos.
  • You’ll create scripts and storyboards to discuss your vision with the rest of the team and to ensure the correct content is recorded and produced.
  • You’ll film and edit content based on the storyboard and input from various stakeholders.
  • You’ll input sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing / recording voice-overs.

Requirements

✔ You are a native English writer (any other languages are a bonus but not required).

✔ You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, video production, copywriting, or a related field.

✔ You have 3+ years’ experience in media content production (copywriting and/or video production) with a portfolio of copywriting and/or video showreels.

✔ You are proficient in editing software programs (preferably Adobe Suite software and/or Final Cut Pro).

✔ You are a team player able to work with all levels of leadership but also comfortable working individually.

✔ You have excellent communication and organizational skills, a good eye for detail, and a strong willingness to take initiative.

Desirable criteria (but not essential):
  • Experience in managing content within Wordpress or other CMS.
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
  • General interest in IoT and/or industrial equipment.
