Junior Project Manager – Food & Feed Europe – Commercial Excellence

Commercial Excellence

• Driving the implementation of Group standard sales & marketing tools, systems & processes in local Eurofins in Eurofins Food & Feed Europe business lines;
• Analysing best practice sales & marketing scopes in Food Europe and showcasing these in benchmark presentations; sales performance and linking it to Business Financial Performance;
• Defining and implementing the Group Sales & Marketing performance framework.

Customer Satisfaction

• Driving the implementation of Group standard Customer Satisfaction & service tools, systems & processes in Eurofins Food & Feed Europe business lines;
• Understanding & analysing the best practice scopes in customer satisfaction & customer service;
• Defining and implementing the Group Customer satisfaction & customer service performance framework in Eurofins Food & Feed Europe business lines ;

Role & Objectives

Drive Change & continuous improvement

• Responsible for the definition and deployment of our Group commercial transformation programmes in close cooperation with Group Executives and local managers;
• Act as an expert in your field and facilitate tailoring tools, systems & processes according to business needs whilst maintaining standardisation.

Implementation of Commercial Excellence & Customer Service projects

• Autonomously implement projects, liaising with stakeholders and directing activities within the project team;
• Define project planning, actions & milestones together with local stakeholders and project sponsors;
• Proactively communicate critical issues in order to realise business solutions without disturbing ongoing processes;
• Create training material & provide support on commercial excellence & customer service tools & processes.

Conduct Analyses

• Support local sales management and sales force teams to design and deliver scalable analytics driving the business;
• Ensure we unlock the full potential of our Group CRM.

Gain Experience

• Get exposure to Eurofins Group leaders to build your network;
• Grow with the team, coach and develop more junior team members.

The position is based in Brussels within our corporate office with functional reporting line into the commercial Director Food & Feed Europe.

Experience: Recent graduate with experience in business consulting, internal consulting or Sales & Marketing roles and project management.

Education: Science, Business or Engineering Master’s degree with an excellent student track record.

Languages:Excellent English. Other languages are highly appreciated.

Technical knowledge IT:Advanced MS Office, VBA, knowledge of CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365 CRM will be considered as a plus) and marketing solutions. You have solid analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative, with large datasets.
