Sourcing Specialist / Associate Recruiter

Korn Ferry are seeking a Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our exciting global client GSK.

The Role:

As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities. In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.

Responsibilities:

Working in the role you will be required to:

  • Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
  • Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
  • Approach and screen candidates
  • Create talent pools as well as pipelining;
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
  • Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
  • Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences industry would be an advantage but not essential
  • Fluent English & French language skills - Dutch would be beneficial but not essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems
  • Ability to work in fast – paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
