Job:

  • You hunt for the best candidates on the market, with your communication skills you’ll be able to screen them and present/sell them jobs
  • You’ll search for open jobs and clients. Because you’re a born salesperson you are able to sell our service + terms & conditions and convince new clients to work with us (no worries, we will teach you how to approach this)
  • Keeping control over the processes is key in sales. At anytime you know what’s happening with your clients, candidates and market

  • UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS up to 32%: within your first year, because of our exclusive commission system you can earn more than € 80 000 gross/year. If you work hard, you can easily double or triple your current salary
