Key Account Manager ASTORE Northern Europe (A Procurement Service Powered by ACCOR)

The Procurement department is looking for a Key Account Manager ASTORE Northern Europe at our Support Office in Brussels.

You will take part of a multicultural team spread across Europe. Your job is to integrate/grow the business with our existing partners (Accor & non Accor Hotels partners). Another part of your job will be to grow the acquisition of new members.

Are you convinced you are the right candidate? Here is a summary of some of the responsibilities you will have:

- Increase purchases made through our services instead of them sourcing through other channels. - Doing benchmark and analyze to accelerate the integration of the new comers and existing partners.

- Define action plan for the integration to raise compliance (hotels to target, actions, timing, and frequency of visits). Monitor performance, visiting hotels & establishing strong relationships with Hotel owners & managers.

- Develop cost saving business case for new & existing Accor partners. Build relationships & convert new hotels to Accor Procurement services.

- Collect input from field on how Procurement offering needs to improve. Collect price-benchmarking data from the field to ensure our price levels are competitive.

- Follow-up performance vs targets – focus on additional revenues.

Your experience and skills include:

- An entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work with high level of autonomy (for example: create own process /document/presentation...).

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a commercial background.

- Capability to balance between a high numbers of stakeholders with different needs.

- A fast learner – Showing agility, curiosity and passion to discover new things.

- Experience in the Hospitality, Food & Beverages, Sales, Operation and/or Procurement is a strong advantage.

- Flexibility to be on the road to meet hotel partners.

- Strong capabilities to synthesize.

- Strong communication skills towards clients, suppliers & internal stakeholders. And team spirit.

- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
