In this exciting newly crafted role as Group Key Account Manager within our J&J Consumer team you have the opportunity to shape the way we operate in new channels & determine how we drive growth in our Pharmacy & Discounter business in the Netherlands. The role is responsible for delivering the sales and profit plan in what is the fastest growing customer group within the JNJ Benelux business.

Your Key Responsibilities And The Impact You Will Make

• Own the sales plan for the customer portfolio
• Deliver in year Net Sales & Gross Profit targets
• Win & Relentlessly pursue new Business Opportunities
• Drive a customer centric Joint Business Plan - anchored in customer insights
• Foster agile ways of working & challenge the business to deliver the customer plan
• Accurately delivery the financial & supply forecast through the S&OP process
• Be a leader in the Mass team fostering a collaborative & inclusive environment - Shaping the future of the team
  
  

Qualifications

Must haves: minimum requirements: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

• Min 3-7 years of sales experience in customer development with a proven record of delivery
• Strong financial acumen
• Great customer centricity - Relationship management & ability to translate customer strategy to action
• Excellent presentation skills coupled with the ability to influence others
• Proficiency in Dutch & English
• Proven record of delivering category growth
• Strong Squad member who is willing to help shape the J&J BENELUX culture
