Uber is looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join our Belgian team in Brussels. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who excels at building relationships and using data to drive business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of restaurant partners, helping them to succeed and grow their delivery business on the Uber Eats platform.

- Manage Restaurant Partnerships: Take full ownership of your restaurant portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and a key influence on their business performance. Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive Growth: Work cross-functionally with other teams to identify high-potential partnerships and improve account strategies. This includes growing sales, optimizing ad spend, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Improve Operational Performance: Collaborate with partners to improve operational efficiency and ensure an excellent experience for Uber Eats users. This involves making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Utilize Data: Use data-driven decision-making to understand the performance of initiatives and prioritize those with the highest return on investment. You’ll quantify everything you do.
- Problem-Solve: Efficiently solve complex issues for your partners, prioritizing excellent customer service at all times.
- Be an Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for Uber Eats’ mission, values, brand, and product.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Ideally, 1-2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or a customer-facing role. Experience in consulting, commercial, or finance is also a plus.
- Language Skills: You must be fluent in both French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Technical Skills: You should have basic modeling skills in Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
- Communication & Influence: The ability to influence various audiences both internally and externally through strong communication is key.
- Adaptability & Attitude: You must be highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment and possess a responsive, data-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-Focused: A proven ability to understand customer needs and overcome business challenges.
