Robert Half is urgently looking for a driven and enthusiastic AR / AP Accountant with knowledge of BE GAAP.

Our client is an international company in theautomotive sector in Zaventem.After the interim-period of six months, there is a possibility to receive a fix contract.

Your responsibilities as an AR/AP Accountant:

  • You will preparejournal entries;
  • You are responsible for thepayroll accounting;
  • You will create manual invoices;
  • You support the finance team withthe monthly and yearly closings;
  • You reconcile financial statements;
  • You manage correct application of VAT treatment on supply chains cross EU;
  • You will doa follow up of unpaid sales transactions andmanage stocks in virtual plants;
  • You will alsobe the back-up for some responsibilities of the AP accountant.

Your profile as a AR/AP Accountant:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in this domain;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English;
  • You have an analytical view;
  • You are easy going and flexible, and can adapt easily to various international business cultures in the company;
  • You are very driven and have a proactive approach
  • Yourknowledge of SAP is an asset;
  • You are a communicative teamplayer.
