ACS Performance Improvement Manager - Europe

DHL Express is looking for an ACS Performance Improvement Manager - Europe for its office in Diegem, Belgium. The purpose of this role is to:

• Transform the operational performance of ACS to deliver efficient and reliable Service to customers by analysing data and leading continuous improvement activities
• Work closely with Field Operations & Sites to deploy & implement all improvement initiatives and tools

• Increase customer satisfaction by leading continuous improvement activities within the region: Review calls, field visits, initiatives, analysis
• Leverage & deploy Best Demonstrated Practices from Regions
• Feeding relevant and accurate Business Intelligence direction to the heads of ACS Europe in order to enable them to take the right Business decisions
• Work closely with peers within ACS providing them with the relevant data in order to drive Service quality improvement, uptake maximization and revenue performance
• Act as an end-responsible to make sure detailed and timely revenue, service & cost reporting are provided to the relevant business units
• Uses this data to establish – together with peers within ACS- clear priorities for actions in order to increase the performance and profitability of ACS Europe
• Partner with other manager(s) to communicate problems, business observations, and customer feedback
• Identify the business needs, re-design and improve the reporting portfolios in order to implement a comprehensive performance analysis structure to support the business
• Plan and schedule project / reports development timelines
• Track project / reports development deliverables
• Develop reports / KPIs to ensure compliance to Global SOP and propose changes to it where needed
• Motivate, lead and develop the Senior analysts team
• Interact and challenge regional operational and Sales team to deliver continuous improvement
• Encourage effective cooperation / communication with all dept. – AS ONE
