Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ronse, Belgium

General Company Overview:

Market leading, international manufacturing and supply company.

Duties and Areas of Responsibilities:

· Assist with HR responsibilities

· Booking of bank statements

· Assists accounting with daily invoicing

· Booking and approving of vendor invoices

· Assist sales and customer service with pricing

· Handles container transport internationally

· After a training period, you will also oversee transport

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· Excellent analytical and administrative skills

· Able to work precise with attention to detail

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

· Outstanding organizational skills

· Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency

· Excellent problem solving skills

· Able to work independent

· Good written and verbal skills in Dutch, English, & French

· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Credentials & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not essential).

Package:

· Very competitive salary and package on offer (negotiable depending on experience).
