Are you energetic, disciplined, and passionate about cars? Then you might be the Administrative Intern we’re looking for!

You have a natural talent for organizing processes, paying attention to details, and always eager to get things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day organization of car delivery procedures.
  • Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Netherlands about ongoing queries.
  • Coordinate car pick-ups and deliveries through external transport companies or in-house drivers.
  • Documentation/administrative processing
  • Register and follow up on repair issues, pre-sales, and after-sales.
  • Register and follow up on insurance cases.
  • Coordinating car park and fleet readiness. Making sure all purchased cars are presentable and accessible.
  • Assistance to salesforce if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Interest in Office Management, Logistics, or Operations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn claims handling processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player who can also take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • High sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Energetic, innovative, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch or other languages (e.g., French, Portuguese) is a plus.
