Job description

• With your eye for detail, you will assist the claims coordinators in their daily operational work to ensure client satisfaction. You will have a crucial position to help us to increase our efficiency.

• With your passion for quality, you will prepare reports, enclosures and set of pictures based on all the information collected during the survey investigation.

• With your eagle eyes, you will be in charge of thoroughly revising the reports and making sure they are high level quality before sharing the reports with our international clients.

• With your hands-on approach, you will support our administrative secretary, if necessary, with booking and invoicing files as well as handling incoming client communication.

• With your analytical skills, you will prepare overviews of files and insightful data upon client’s request.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a skilled command of languages. Good proficiency in English is a must. You will report in fluent English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset. Ideally, you have a degree in English.

• You are familiar with WINDOWS and OFFICE applications.

• You are eager to learn and you have a distinct sense of order and organization, combined with an immunity to stress and good capability to work with continuous deadlines.

• You are focused on details and rigorous in your daily work.

• You enjoy being a team player.

• You love working in an international environment

• Experience regarding the logistics of perishable products is a plus.
