We are looking for an Assistant in Sales & Marketing with experience in managing activities who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programmes in line with business objectives. Your knowledge in international marketing will influence developments within our complete package of communication material. The position will require determination and an ability to organise a schedule to promote the range of products that we have available.
You will demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills, helping to develop and manage a marketing strategy that supports organisational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth and customer acquisition and retention. This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise to add value to this fast-growing business and work across multiple channels as part of our growing sales and marketing team.
Your missions
- Contact suspects/prospects by email/conf calls to develop our clients portfolio
- Support the Sales & Marketing team through the implementation and monitoring of sales and marketing campaigns
- Support the Marketing team in the updates of the company website and marketing materials such as brochures, commercial sheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Update our Database
- Support the Marketing team in SEO/SEA optimization
- Identify appropriate external event opportunities and arrange attendance including relevant support material
- Secure and maintain relevant corporate memberships, trade press and sponsorships through appropriate soliciting activities
- Manage and monitor social media and website activity to generate interest in collaboration with the Communication & Marketing Manager
- Update internal documents and systems to the best possible standards within our resources.
- Undertake any tasks that are in addition to those listed in the Job Description where required and within capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English/French/Dutch
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good organization skills
- Digital marketing experience
