IQVIA is looking for a Global Head to lead their Career Connect Project. This position is responsible for managing Career Connect framework and initiatives globally.

Career Connect is an IQVIA department initiative which includes: job maps, Line manager upskilling, career coaching deployment, Own Your Career alignment, and CRA mentoring program.

The role is at Associate Director level due to the Global Oversight of the role and interaction with senior leadership stakeholders

The person on this role should be able to liaise with different departments in every region (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) , push the initiative forward, lead the Career Center globally

We are looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities, coordination skills and being passionate in people development.

Experience in CRO environment would be ideal
  • Act as key point of contact for IQVIA Career center
  • Involvement/Leading initiatives and workstreams to investigate and implement improvements to Career progression processes
  • Support and training to Operational teams
  • Conduct monthly review and analysis of assigned projects
  • Proactively set-up new strategies on career management
  • Partner with the Senior leadership team to discuss projects and gain adhesion
  • Set up career events all over the globe with support of local teams
  • Perform other duties as required
Skills Required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal, teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines as necessary
  • Willingness to work in a flexible and challenging environment
