The Innovative Health (IH) Organization has been created to drive meaningful impact to participant health and wellbeing by reinventing the clinical trial experience. The Innovative Health organization connects teams across development to novel capabilities and solutions, unleashing the potential of innovation to drive broader access to innovative medicines, and enriching the healthcare experience for all.

The Innovative Health team is seeking a IH Project Launch Lead, to drive launch excellence and oversight across a portfolio of innovative health capabilities and solutions. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Launch Excellence, the Launch Success Lead will help set up the tools, templates and standard processes for a team responsible for enabling project launch across a portfolio of capabilities from ideation through scale, adoption and business value realization, effectively creating the engine for launch and adoption excellence that will enable speed, agility and consistency in delivery across the IH portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in Launch Excellence, spearheading launch management process innovations, frameworks and cross-portfolio standardization.
• Work in collaboration with peers, owning the design of project launch templates, tools and best practices to ensure consistency and measurement across IH program launch and adoption.
• Work in tandem across the IH organization to identify optimal processes for launch planning and execution.
• Work in partnership with IH Capability Leads to ensure best practices for launch success are adopted from ideation through business realization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance across IH on their responsibilities and accountabilities for assigned programs.
• Embed and oversee standard approaches to persona mapping, value story creation, internal/external partner engagement, adoption and activation plans and value realization measurements across the IH portfolio.
• Partner with internal and external team members and collaborators, to promote a collaborative and successful team dynamic with a high level of sustainable performance.
• Measure and report on launch success capabilities, and overarching value realization, within Innovative Health.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  
  

Experience And Skills

• 5 years of change management experience is required.
• Knowledge of marketing and communication principles is required.
• Successful track record of leading and implementing launch excellence capabilities within cross-functional teams across diverse project portfolios is required.
• Experience leading successfully adopted engagements with external partners and collaborators is required.
• Experience successfully developing and managing people and processes is required.
• Excellent influence skills with exceptional decision making, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to influence through ambiguity is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as a proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and promote collaborations is required.
  
  

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees Are Eligible For The Following Time Off Benefits

• Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
