About The Role

At InTouch, we’re looking for a Bid Manager who will play a pivotal role in securing contracts that drive our growth across Belgium and Europe.

If you have a knack for crafting winning proposals, developing strategies, and managing processes with precision, this is your chance to make a big impact.

A legal background is a big plus, as you’ll be navigating complex requirements, ensuring compliance, and positioning InTouch as the top choice for our customers.

Your Mission: Secure the Win ????

  • Tender Management
    • Take ownership of all tenders in Dutch, French, and English, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
    • Collaborate with translation agencies and internal stakeholders to support our expansion across Europe and the US.
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop winning tender strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market.
  • Process Optimization
    • Continuously improve the way we prepare and submit tenders to enhance efficiency and success rates.
    • Maintain a structured and centralized process for tender responses.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with sales, legal, product, and technical teams to gather input and ensure tender responses are comprehensive and aligned.
    • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders during the tender process.
  • Follow-Up & Reporting
    • Track tender outcomes, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
    • Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and success rates.
    • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure tenders comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
    • Mitigate risks by thoroughly reviewing terms and conditions.
    What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in bid or tender management, preferably in a SaaS or government-related environment.
    • Familiarity with public procurement processes in Belgium and across borders.

  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to devise strategies and assess risks
    • Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple tenders simultaneously
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills in Dutch, French, and English

  • Background:
    • A legal background is a strong plus, particularly experience with contract law or public procurement.
    • Knowledge of IT or SaaS solutions is advantageous.

  • Mindset:
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and excellence.
    • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day execution.
