(Ad hoc travels within Belgium and the Netherlands)Your meaningful purposeThe BRM (Business Rules Management) Team in the BeNe Cluster are the ‘Business Voice’ in the Schneider Digital Organization. The new joiner, he or she, must ensure that the IT strategy supports implementation of business strategy and is in alignment with functional strategy. You will drive collaboration across the organization between Schneider Digital and Business representatives ensuring IT plans are addressing business needs. More to that, the supporting BRM ensures operational excellence by working with delivery teams on reliable servicesIn addition, you will be a member of the European Front Office DevOps team, which has the responsibility to support and maintain the front office facing parts of European SAP ERP systems. Here the focus will be to represent the BeNe front office and to provide support (incidents) and maintenance (changes) for the SAP BeNeDACH system, as well as for the other large, federated SAP ERP systems across Europe. Solid SAP competences in “sales and distribution” domain will help you navigate on a daily base.Your Daily Task And ResponsibilitiesIT Business Relationship Manager and stakeholder management
  • Be part of the BeNe BRM team as one of two Belgium business partners covering all IT related topics
  • Align and represent Schneider Digital in the BeNe cluster towards the business functions
  • Establish sound relationship to functional key users and other key stakeholders
  • Represent the Digital team and fosters excitement to be an excellent business partner
  • Operate as digital coach to drive the adoption of digital tools and foster digital mindset
  • Support and help the business partners in creating an effective group of key users with ongoing coaching and facilitation
  • Partner with the BeNe front offices team to understand data and productivity needs
  • Partner with the European Front office DevOps, and influence them to support the BeNe strategy
Project Demand and Execution (BRM role)
  • Support functional management to define IT strategy and define priorities – aligned to the overall Schneider Digital Strategy and priorities
  • Understand the business processes evolution and focus new demands to priority areas with major returns, assuring coherence with strategy and business priorities.
  • Contribute to defining and managing the IT scenarios (business and architectural framework wise) assuming the role of “integrator” between the business and IT issues
  • Manage and challenge project demands from business, ensure they are driving forward either by use of suppliers or other Schneider Digital teams
  • Participate in various global projects by driving and ensuring a good local implementation and usage rate
  • Follows and manage local project or enhancement realization
Cost and Asset Management (BRM role)
  • If applicable, drive application ownership, all applications owned are being updated and consistent data for the application life cycle. Support owners in respective functions
  • Actively support common data repositories such as CMDB etc
  • Drive cost-out activities continuously
  • Identifies trends, improvements or rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscape
Project Demand and Execution (BA role)
  • Provide structure to prioritize requests, facilitate fast decision making and implementation cycles
  • Clarify needs expressed by key-users, transforms user requests into demands understandable by partners
  • Provide functional specification of smaller change request. Be the bridge between Business and our partners/vendors.
  • Follow up on quality and test of final solution both with vendor/solution and business partner
  • Educate and support business partners to appreciate the Schneider Digital System
Operations (Front office DevOps)
  • Ensure operational stability as well as operational efficiency across the support model
  • Drive an effective support process
  • Manage operational and functional lifecycle of IT subject in a perspective of end-to-end business processes
Who You Are
  • You possess a Bachelor/Master in ICT, IT Management, Business Analysis, or other relevant degree for the role.
  • You have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP system in a fast-moving, highly critical, enterprise application environment
  • You understand ITIL best practices
  • You have proven experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, knowledge of security and communications networks, and knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment
  • You have experience with coordination of resources and leading small teams globally
  • You possess broad IT, SAP ECC and / or S/4 Hana knowledge
  • You are SAP SD certified
  • You are self-driven, operationally experienced Business Relationship Manager with a can-do attitude.
  • You are a strong team player and relationship builder, both internally in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partners
  • Excellent Communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm at stress levels
  • You are fluent (written & verbal) in English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
