  • Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Support the design of solutions for non-life insurance products
  • Collaborate with testers to support test strategy and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in UAT and functional validation phases

Required profile.

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Skilled in process modelling and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of non-life insurance products
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
