The job

At Manuchar we are transforming towards our state-of-the-art 2.0 platform and a Business Analyst plays a crucial role in this journey!

As a Business Analyst, you are the voice of our business towards our IT-department. You analyse the information and the processes needed to support our business plans & formulate (non-)functional requirements of the business organization. In addition, you advise on the lifecycle of the information solutions and evaluate the impact in terms of change management.

Your main responsibilities are

  • Run workshops to roll out "ERP for Affiliates" worldwide
  • Analysing business requirements and designing related processes
  • Supporting Digital Transformation, identifying areas for improvement in business processes
  • Analysing required information and documents
  • Developing plans for the continuity of operations

Your profile

  • You have relevant experience as a senior Business Analyst (minimum 5 years) where you have dealt with complex business challenges or transformation.
  • You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with international stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.
  • You are structured, pragmatic and can challenge people in order to come to a good conclusion.
  • You are willing to share your knowledge with more junior Business Analysts.
  • Relevant experience with projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, as well as business knowledge of Finance
  • You have practical experience with UML or BPMN (2.0)
  • You are open to travel.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
