Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for production processes and supply chain management.
Map processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Conduct system and user acceptance testing.
Provide training and support to end users.
Monitor and report on project progress.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Ideally 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing sector.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX, NAV, or D365).
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus!
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Project management certification is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to the UK and possibly the US.
Living in Belgium with the necessary work visas and valid qualifications
